Terms and Conditions

Welcome to M&M Renovations. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a seamless experience for our luxury residential and commercial clients in Sunrise, FL, and beyond.


1. Scope of Services

M&M Renovations provides custom closet design, residential and commercial renovations, and master upholstery services.


Quotes: All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.


Changes: Any modifications to the original scope of work (Change Orders) must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees.


2. Payments and Deposits

To maintain our commitment to quality materials and master craftsmanship, the following payment terms apply:


Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project on our master schedule.


Final Payment: Remaining balances are due immediately upon project completion unless otherwise specified in your project contract.


3. Project Photography & Intellectual Property

We take immense pride in our work.


Rights: M&M Renovations reserves the right to take and use professional photographs of completed projects (such as custom walk-in closets or commercial lobbies) for marketing, social media, and gallery purposes.


Privacy: We will never disclose your specific home address or personal identification in marketing materials without express consent.


4. Liability & Site Access

Site Readiness: Clients must ensure the workspace is accessible and cleared of personal items prior to the arrival of our installation team.


Unforeseen Conditions: M&M Renovations is not liable for delays caused by structural issues discovered during demolition or supply chain disruptions outside of our control.


5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled within the jurisdiction of Broward County.
